By downloading, installing, or using LonelyIsle (the “App”), you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.
2. Description of the App
LonelyIsle is a spatial ambient audio app that allows users to explore fictional island environments and listen to immersive soundscapes for relaxation and focus.
3. Intended Use
The App is intended for personal, non-commercial use. It is designed as a relaxation and ambient audio experience and is not a medical, therapeutic, or professional service.
4. Availability and Changes
We may modify, update, suspend, or discontinue the App or any of its features at any time without notice.
5. Purchases and Subscriptions
The App offers optional in-app purchases and subscriptions.
All payments are processed by Apple through the App Store. We do not receive or store your payment information.
Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your Apple ID account settings.
Refunds, billing, and subscription management are handled by Apple in accordance with their policies.
6. Intellectual Property
All content in the App, including audio, visuals, design, and software, is owned by LonelyIsle or is used under appropriate licenses, including public domain and CC0 licensed materials. All content is protected by applicable copyright laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without prior written permission.
7. Disclaimer of Warranties
The App is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind, to the maximum extent permitted by law.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the App.
